I like natural highs!

I worked out with [livejournal.com profile] kitmouse yesterday, and it just reinforced this for me. I didn't realize until recently that everyone doesn't necessarily react the same way to a workout as I do. I don't remember ever not feeling high when I had a good workout. Explains why I would play soccer for years, though I don't particularly like running (and getting knocked over-- I'm small). Anyway, we went to the gym, and she showed me some neat stuff. I'm considering getting some weights to toss in the car so I can workout after walking. (BTW, if anyone knows some good hill walks in central San Diego area, I'm interested)

We did arm exercises with weights. I was trying not to push myself, but I always have this desire to see how far my body can go... I'm not TOO sore today. mainly my back. I think having an ergometer (rowing machine) would be cool. I decided not to DDR after coming off the exercise high.
