Current Job

I need to get a new job. This job has bored me from the day I got it. I have found that if I set up my work (mindless tasks) and then called a friend, that life is just so much more livable. Unfortunately, my boss is unhappy with this. He told Bonnie, who got to tell me. That's how these things are supposed to work, right? Bonnie suggested that I simply not do it when he's around. I'm frustrated and annoyed by this. He has no complaints about my work (except when he forgets to ask me to do something). I was really upset earlier, because I have done my best to find a way that I can not suffer brain death and still be there and do the work I'm assigned.

I still think this is a good solution, and someone suggested that I should look at other ways to be happy at work. I'm drawing a total blank. Singing occasionally is good (I need to get to a lesson). The thing is, I can't think of many things that are fun and are conducive to working. I could bring in different CDs to listen to. I honestly can't think of anything else. This sucks.
